An amazing show (started as an audio podcast) hosted by one of my favorite cartoonist Jerzy Drozd. Those who follow my twitter know that I am a big fan of all the podcasts this amazing comic artist does/hosts.

For me it started with the podcast Art & Story, recommended for me by the dearest Ninn as a huge great resource for the craft of comic creating. Then I followed Jerzy into one of my top favorite podcasts; Comics are Great.

In Comics are great; Jerzy talks various comics creators  about what makes comics such a great medium from all aspects. It’s a real awesome show.

It’s broadcasted live every other Wednesday at comicaregreat.tv (12:30 EST) and you can check all the episodes with links that are mentioned in each episodes at Comicsaregreat.com

Yesterday; in the book recommendation segment, he mentioned Grey is… (@ around 46:32) and I was truly encouraged and touched by the words coming from such an experienced comic artist that I greatly admire.

I hope you support the show or Subscribe/Give rating on iTunes. It’s truly worth it.

I ordered some screentones last week to try and I got them today and I can only say that I want to order some more!

Such a pleasant experience. I have a nasty neckache and there are some stuff that I did wrong while toning but I’m so happy with the result.

Honestly, it’s amazing how a fully toned picture looks in real life! Still got enough in those sheets I ordered to practice and get the hang of traditional toning.

Looks SO AWESOME!! and is such a weird feeling to see the real thing after being used to see tones on the screen!
